So far after 2 x attempts at a refund, not good. I am asking to return goods only with an offer to keep the sandals that don't fit and choose something else. No thanks, will keep this up to date 25/6/26

Stay well away from this company they refused 4 times to return my money. All they offer is to purchase.more items fom them for the same value for free.

You should offer a zero stars rating! Looking at other people's reviews I have nothing new to add.... same issues - cheap material, wrong colouring... nothing like the shoes advertised. 2week delivery window. Same response regarding a refund - credit note etc etc! Only way to get a full refund would be to return the item at the expense of myself! Wasn't falling for that...! So looks like I've been diddled out of £39.90. At least the shoes fit - maybe I'll get the Sharpie pens out and do a bit of artistry on them! I've now turned to my bank requesting a chargeback. I'm mostly embarrassed to have fallen for this scam. My online shopping is normally done through reputable companies - I've learnt my lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

This company is awful. Ordered summer sandals arrived after 4 weeks, wrong size and very very poor quality. When I asked for a return the agent (I think Portugese) Flaviane replied that I could have store credit to shop online with same company or I would have to return the sandals to China at my own expense and credit would not be paid to my account until after the sandals had been inspected this could take several weeks. Appalling service, please do not shop with this company

Do not place an order with this company, you will only be wasting your money. I ordered something in a Large size and was sent 3XL. Contacted customer services and they amended the order saying I could keep the first item. Over a week later ( yes delivery is also painfully slow!) the replacement item arrived and was 3XL again!. Customer services then offered a 100% store credit and said I could keep the products already sent which are of no use to me!. When I complained and requested a refund they then offered a 150% store credit. They simply make things difficult for returns and refunds and the quality of the item wasn't great either. Not worth wasting your time or money on this company.

The shoes were hopelessly too big; much bigger than the size 10 as ordered. I tried their email in order return them but I'd been blocked. I took my concer to my bank which activated a Visa complaint. I then received an email from Ponty asking why I was dissatisfied. I replied several times but they never responded. I have had cash refunded into my account and I'm stuck with 2 pairs of very large size 10s that Ponty don't seem to want either. My recommendation is not to deal with this company and if you do have problems contact your bank or PayPal.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE, STEAL & CHEAT. THE SHOES ARE NOT ORTHOPAEDIC, UNLESS YOU THINK CHEAP CRAP IS ANOTHER DESCRIPTION OF ORTHOPAEDIC! & THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR REFUND POLICY AT ALL & EVEN PAYPAL WON'T HELP IN GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. JUST THIEVES & SCAMMERS!

Firstly they sent the wrong shop size, that took forever to resolve, then the asked what size I wanted I said 9.5 from their chart only to be told they don't do half sizes. Thise was an order for the Barton shoes, when my replacement size nine came they stink of plastic, feel very flimsy and nothing like the photo on their website. Avoid this company. Absolute rubbish, mine are going in the bin or perhaps the charity shop
