Cheap materials. Not safety shoes, to UK standards. As they are being sold in the UK I expect shoes to conform to our standards of shoe safety, not what other countries allow. I really should have checked Trust Pilot before I wasted my money.

I ordered bamboo shorts size 32/33 waist, i received 26 waist (not good quality either) so asked for a refund, the company said they would issue a refund but then didn't. I continued to ask for the refund but they eventually told me the case was closed. I now don't buy from any company from China and never will again. I ordered 3rd july, case closed 17th august

This gear is everywhere. I've a pair. £10 is too much money. I'd paid £35.. More chinese tat that's generic to all of these operators. It's generally worthless, you wouldn't buy if you saw it first. It's a massive fraud.. Worth noting now that these companies are all over the net now. often 'london' in the title.. Far from it. A big scam..

DO NOT BUY Ordered Trainers and was not happy with them,all shoes come from China. I contacted Ponty for return address, they will not pay for returns. Took trainers to post office and tvey said that the cheapest return price for trainers was £27.00. £40 Trainers now going in bin.

Ordered sandals for my son who is recovering from a ligament injury. Was waiting for the now late delivery when yesterday I had yet another email; one of many offering various discounts. Item out of stock, funds not yet collected, reorder within next 2 hours and claim a further 15% discount. I thought it odd as I'd had a track delivery notice from EVRi but when I checked tracker it said the post code was incorrect. I checked credit card statement and funds had been collected and had gone through the pending system. The company was listed as being in New Mexico, tried to email them asking for an explanation but emails all returned 'address unknown' I really wish I'd checked on here first; something I normally do. I'm elderly and doing so went out of my head. It is now in the hands of the credit card company I use to purchase goods online. Do not use this company. They are scammers. First time I've attempted to purchase something from an add on Google news reel.

Very poor quality trainers they look good however the materials are cheap and thin. When walking in them you can feel every uneven bump or stone. I don’t expect them to last more than 3 months. I would not buy from them again.

SCAM! If I could give this company MINUS -1000000 I would! They just purchase all their products from TEMU, ALIEXPRESS, ALIBABA and get them to ship it to you, and the products are sh*t!

Dubious marketing,poor quality of product,no dedicated return to China,offers of refund not completed. Left with Two pairs of ill fitting uncomfortable sandals marketed by a very poor trader determined to keep my money. Very poor reputation,you would do well to avoid as most peolple regret buying from PONTY
