I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend when it came it was too small so I got back to Ponty to try and exchange the jacket for a bigger size and they said they were very sorry they said I could keep that jacket and they would send me a bigger one for free !! Well I can't fault them, they were lovely on the emails they kept me informed. The jacket itself is gorgeous it's been keeping him warm and dry and it's a fleece material so it's great for working in, I gave the other jacket to his work mate and he was just as pleased. So well done Ponty and thank you very much 😊
