Don't go anywhere near this company. The boots I received which were advertised as leather were made from the cheapest synthetic materials and were really awful to look at. Trying to get a refund, but no luck so far.

I ordered a pair of men's shoes from this company, they are described as soft leather. The shoes arrived squashed into a plastic bag. I've tried them on, too small, must be Chinese sizing. The shoes are made of plastic. Another Chinese con. You can't trust Chinese sellers.DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PONTY.

J’ai commandé des chaussures en mai. Début Juin 2026 je leur dis que je n’ai pas reçu d’accès au suivi. KONF m’envoie alors le suivi comme quoi c’est livré. Ils me disent de vérifier chez mes voisins. Nulle trace de ce colis, je leur envoie plusieurs mails pour réclamer un remboursement, me dire si réellement il y a eu livraison. Bref! Maintenant ils me disent qu’il est trop tard, le délai de réclamation étant dépassé. C’est vraiment scandaleux.

Ponty.com is still advertising on Facebook and Google. Chinese based company who refuse to accept returns or offer refunds. They advertise this Trustpilot fraudulent endorsement: "Excellent Rated 4.7/5 by 4,278 verified reviews." Not quite correct?

Over a month to deliver when the trainers came they was the worst trainers I have ever seen. Quality was crap. Thin materials absolutely rubbish. £39.99. For crap.

Sandals arrived quickly and fitted great. Really soft, even without socks. How long will they last - who knows - but they looked exactly the same as the sales advert and I'm very pleased with them. The Trust Pilot score of 4.8 on the advert is clearly nonsense but that would be my only moan. I haven't tried putting them under the tap as per advert but at £34 for a pair I'd say they are great (I bought two pairs and postage was free)

Purchased so called leather shoes more like plastic, absolute rubbish. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this Chinese company. A waste of your money. Received orthopedic red shoes with straps that can be adjusted. But the thing is when you adjust the straps the whites of the velcro shoes, so not fit for purpose. Looks nothing like the photos on line Paid £35.00 They would not refund my monies or give me a return label. A scam
