I love Pompeii3 jewelry, the best in quality, design and service.

I bought earrings last year. They were advertised as White gold. They are tarnished. There is no way this is White gold. I have White gold jewelry 10 year pieces and never have they tarnished :(

Returned ring and have not received my refund that they say will take 7 business days. They have stopped responding to my emails and calls.

This is the second diamond ring I have purchased. I love the look and feel of the rings. Ordering was easy and the wait wasn’t too long.

On Ocotber 10, 2024, I won an live auction on eBay for a pair of diamond earrings. After I paid for the item, eBay showed me similar items and I saw the seller had a listing for the same exact earrings for nearly $70 less. I immediately requested to cancel the order through eBay. On October 13th, 2024, the seller declined to cancel the order. This morning, October 14th, 2024, when I saw the cancellation had been denied, I contacted the seller directly. The seller said they could not cancel the order. I asked why and was told the order could not be cancelled becauae it was in queue. I informed the seller that I had never before been unable to cancel an order that had not been shipped. An hour later the seller created a shipping label. Now I have to gp through the trouble of trying to return an item I did not want in the first place. Terrible way to run a business.

Their website baited me into purchasing a necklace from them with a promise date of October 4th if I paid for overnight shipping. But I won't be getting the item until October 10th. It says nothing about it being a made to order item and I didn't receive the gift in time for an event. I reached out to customer service on the 4th but they provided me with no help (only an estimated date). Then I called and got a hold of Natasha who sent me over to customer service, Alex reached out to me with also no help. All I wanted was to cancel my order and get my refund! Now I've lost money for overnight shipping and will have to pay $15 for return shipping. They had the audacity to not respond to my emails or find a solution to my complaints, then sent me over to a automated messaging system instead. The lack of customer service leads me to question the legitimacy and quality of their products. Be advised, do not order from them!!

Happy with my necklace. Very dainty. Bought this necklace in remembrance of my mom. Fast delivery and ordering process is convenient. Site is very user friendly. It is as described. Love it. Very satisfied customer here.
