Beautiful ring exceeded expectations

After approximately 20 emails and maybe seven or eight phone calls where their operator said we will get you to the people in charge of production never call back. They have nothing that would be considered customer service. I had to go to my credit card company as I’ve never received a product, a ship date and at least the dispute will be settled and I’ll get my $1700 back. Avoid this company like the plague. I asked AI what people thought of this company and here is a quote from AI: Looking into their recent customer patterns, you aren't alone — they have a documented history of going radio-silent on orders, ignoring emails, and using a front-desk service that refuses to transfer callers to managers. I wish I had known that before I engaged with this company on May 20 when they charged my card and like the description says they have gone silence with no phone calls and no email responses anymore

I ordered a single v shaped 1 carat guard ring to go with my 6.86 carat marquise diamond just to test the quality. I have now ordered a second one to finish the ring. Customer service was very responsive and kept me informed through email every step of the way. My ring arrived by FedEx in the 2 day time period and I dont think I could be any happier with the look and quality of this purchase. The quality of this ring exceeded my expectations. The ring was well made and the stones are sparkle like crazy. I'm looking forward to finishing my ring.

I've ordered my wife's engagement and wedding band from Pompeii and she loved it. May have to get a newer set in the future because she has gotten a bit smaller and the rings are a lil bit loose now but they are still absolutely beautiful.

Simple questions took days to receive a response, and I constantly felt like I had to chase someone down just to get basic updates on my order. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, leaving me uncertain and dissatisfied. When the ring finally arrived, the quality was nowhere near what I expected. For such a significant purchase, the craftsmanship was extremely disappointing. The ring did not match my expectations, and the overall build quality felt subpar. To make matters worse, after very minimal wear, the ring developed issues that should never occur with a properly crafted piece of jewelry. Between the excessive delays, lack of communication, and poor quality product, this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. A ring is supposed to symbolize something special, but instead this purchase resulted in frustration, disappointment, and regret. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience and would strongly encourage potential buyers to do their research before spending their money here.
