We bought my ring 1 year ago in February of 2025. This purchase was a replacement for my original ring that was lost, also this was my 10 year anniversary gift. I received my ring in March of 2025, the wait time was excruciating but I notified of each step my ring had gone through as it was being built, this really helped me! 1 year later and my ring has held up wonderfully. The craftsmanship is amazing and the quality for the price is absolutely worth every penny. It is not missing any stones and is not misshaped even though I wear it every single day. I’m so happy with my purchase. I will be making another purchase in just a few weeks.

This was not my first purchase from Pompeii3. When I received my ring, which was beautiful, I decided I wanted a refund because it was too large for the size of my hand. My return was tracked through USPS. I reached out to Pompeii3, as it was taking USPS longer than stated to return the ring . When they received the ring, they emailed me for verification and provided me with a 7 to 10 business day time frame. It only took approximately 3 to 4 days.
