The jewelry selections offered at Pompeii3 are fantastic! Prices are some of the very best available. Customer service communication was outstanding at keeping me updated as to the next steps, etc.. The 8 carat diamond tennis bracelet is beautiful and and exactly what I expected. Great craftsmanship and overall quality!! My wife loved it!!

The shipping was quick through FedEx to FedEx store easy and secure. 3 Carat radiant stone looks amazing and came with paperwork.

Email correspondence and times were very delayed and responses were not clear or address all of the requested information. Calls are difficult to get in to customer service and when you do get them, they have you go through email for the answers. Lastly when placing special orders through the emails, they are not clear as to how items are shipped, who will be delivering, and the security of the shipment signature or no signature required. This makes it hard to plan as my piece required signature and there is no one there to receive it. Therefor I had to redirect the shipment making for a delayed delivery. It was a terrible process
