Originally, I gave a review about the impossible return of the chairs that I purchased. I HAD to have the boxes and would HAVE TO disassemble the chairs, put them in the box and ship them back. OR I could purchase new boxes and ship them back. Not great. BUT Polywood people reached out to me, picked up the chairs and took care of all of the shipping without me having to do anything. The chairs were not comfortable, and now I was not stuck with them. That is good service! In fact, I figured out what chairs would be more comfortable and I ordered them. Looking forward to the new chairs!! Special shout-out to Zach W. in customer service.

I spent $43,000 on a bunch of Polywood furniture for a commercial setting. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism of the customer service department. I opted for their white glove delivery, so there were some mutual concerns about parking, installation and storage space. They sent me a questionnaire up front to avoid any last-minute surprises. The installers were super nice guys and hard workers. In fact, everybody from beginning to end was very courteous, friendly, and patient. Out of 50 furniture sets, one chair was missing a part and one little side table was missing altogether. With no questions asked they promptly shipped me replacements. The quality of the product is beyond question too (but we all knew that). I would highly recommend this company!

Love my new polywood outside furniture. I bought two sets of the modern curved back adirondacks with tables between each set. Color: sand. Took about 1.25 hrs to assemble 4 chairs. I do wish the company would have sent a 7/16 wrench( only complaint). They look and sit great.

I recieved Polywood's "Edge Rectangular 6-Person 78'' Long Dining Set" in early summer of 2023. It's autumn 2024 now, so it's lived one Seattle winter outdoors and 2 summers (ok we covered it over winter). Honestly it didn't need a cover, this stuff is extremely durable. So the material is amazing, and the build quality is great too, close to Danish level. I'm honestly impressed.
