Squirrels chewed our brand new Polywood high top table and chairs. We replaced our 25 year old teak tables and chairs with Polywood due to their claims of durability and low maintenance. After spending more than $7000, our new Polywood table and chairs were severely damaged by squirrels. We never had an issue with animals chewing our teak or other resin outdoor furniture. Of course this damage is not covered by Polywood's 20 year warranty. Unless you live in an area that does not have squirrels (maybe Antarctica) I would advise you not to buy Polywood furniture.

Deceitful sales tactic at showroom and no remorse when confronted about it. There are better products and certainly better retail experiences, stay away from the Vernon, VT showroom.

Spent over $7500 with Pollywood USA
Spent over $7500 with Pollywood USA. Just to find out that their dealerships offer no warranty in the Caribbean or Bahama islands even though they have dealerships on those islands . Had one $20. Peace go bad on a chair they would not warranty the items after two years of service and if I bought it from them, they wanted to charge me $250 for Shipping because they did not want to use USPS which cost them/me only $25. Customer service gentleman (Evan D) was arrogant at best. Will make sure that everybody realizes the product they buy has no warranty south of Florida

I would not purchase anything from this company. I placed an order over a month ago and still do not have it. I have been emailing customer support for over a week now and not getting anywhere other than "I will contact the shipper to see where it is.".

Ordered at end of April, still have no furniture
Ordered about 10k worth of outdoor furniture on April 23. Received confirmation of purchase and that once our furniture was shipped, we would get an email to arrange for delivery once it arrived at the warehouse.
Waited about 4 weeks and reached out to polywood to provide update as the tracking number we received wasn’t working. They said part of our order had arrived at the warehouse but we’re waiting on the rest of our order before the delivery company RXO reached out to schedule delievey date. Ok great thanks. Another 2 weeks went by again reached out for an update, same thing, “still waiting on the rest of our furniture to be shipped but they were checking on it daily and would provide us with an update once everything was ready to go.”
On June 15 we called and spoke to a rep who said our furniture was shipped and had arrived on May 13, and they did not know why RXO hadn’t reached out to schedule delivery, which was infuriating because we had been told that they were still waiting for our order to be complete.
We paid a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. We keep getting the run around when our furniture has been sitting in a warehouse for over a month.
Customer service is a joke, we’re now looking into how to get a refund.

I am beyond disappointed with my…
I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Polywood.
I purchased a counter-height table and chairs for over $3,000, expecting premium quality and customer service. Instead, I’ve encountered one problem after another.
The table arrived with factory-installed screws driven completely through the tabletop, leaving visible punctures in the finished surface. This should never have passed quality control. After contacting customer service, I was told a replacement tabletop would be sent. As of June 13, it still has not arrived.
To make matters worse, one of the chairs arrived missing two side braces. I was assured the missing parts would be expedited, yet they have still not been delivered.
The frustration didn’t end there. My church expressed interest in using the damaged tabletop, so rather than throw it away—as Polywood actually suggested—I purchased an additional set of table legs at a cost of nearly $300 so the tabletop could be repurposed instead of discarded. Ironically, that order arrived quickly. However, when I opened the package on June 13, I discovered that it too was incomplete and missing two leg braces. It is unbelievable that after spending over $3,000 on the original furniture set and another $300 on replacement components, I am still receiving incomplete shipments.
Adding to the frustration was Polywood’s delivery partner, RXO. I took a day off from work and arranged for a couple of friends to come over to help with the delivery and installation. RXO failed to show up on the scheduled delivery date, wasting not only my time but also the time of the people who had volunteered to help. No customer should have to use vacation time and coordinate assistance only to be left waiting for a delivery that never arrives.
At this point, it appears there is little to no quality control in either manufacturing, shipping, or logistics. How does a company selling premium outdoor furniture repeatedly ship products with missing parts, obvious factory defects, and then fail to deliver on its commitments?
I have now spent well over $3,300 and still do not have a complete, usable furniture set. I have wasted countless hours on phone calls, emails, assembly delays, missed deliveries, and waiting for replacement parts that never seem to arrive.
What is most disappointing is that every time I contact customer service, I am given assurances that the issue will be resolved quickly, yet weeks later I am still waiting. A premium-priced product should come with premium quality control and customer support. Instead, this experience has been a constant cycle of defects, missing parts, delays, and excuses.
If Polywood does not provide an immediate resolution and a clear timeline for delivering all outstanding replacement items, I will have no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company and cancel any remaining orders.
I expected premium furniture and premium service. Unfortunately, I have received neither.

They would not provide a part for a part
They would not provide a part for an old product. They could have sent a 2 ft piece of Polywood that I could use to fix the problem. They would not that respond to my emails asking for help.

I ordered three rockers and one table…
I ordered three rockers and one table on May 7 as a client gift. I also paid for the White Glove Delivery. Polywood was happy to take my payment in full on the same date.
RXO who is the vender they use to set it up and they have cancelled two times on the date of delivery.
Polywood is not much help.
I have been on hold with RXO on two separate calls for almost 2 hours.
The old saying "you get what you pay for". I don't know. I have yet to receive what I paid for and neither Polywood or RXO seems to care.
