Polywood-FurnitureReviews of polywood-furniture.com

I decided to write this review as I recently called this company about its product. They answered quickly but I had to send several e- mails and pictures for them to determine that the discoloration was from sun exposure after which I explain this furniture was in an enclosed patio, hence more pictures. At present I was told nothing else could be done. After looking at other reviews I wish I had checked them before purchasing. Moving forward I am leery of purchasing items with lengthy warranty that the company determines.

Squirrels chewed our brand new Polywood high top table and chairs. We replaced our 25 year old teak tables and chairs with Polywood due to their claims of durability and low maintenance. After spending more than $7000, our new Polywood table and chairs were severely damaged by squirrels. We never had an issue with animals chewing our teak or other resin outdoor furniture. Of course this damage is not covered by Polywood's 20 year warranty. Unless you live in an area that does not have squirrels (maybe Antarctica) I would advise you not to buy Polywood furniture.

Originally, I gave a review about the impossible return of the chairs that I purchased. I HAD to have the boxes and would HAVE TO disassemble the chairs, put them in the box and ship them back. OR I could purchase new boxes and ship them back. Not great. BUT Polywood people reached out to me, picked up the chairs and took care of all of the shipping without me having to do anything. The chairs were not comfortable, and now I was not stuck with them. That is good service! In fact, I figured out what chairs would be more comfortable and I ordered them. Looking forward to the new chairs!! Special shout-out to Zach W. in customer service.

seems like a quality furniture ruined by idiots that lack any concern at all for quality assurance. I received partially assembled lounge chaises that were put together ridiculously wrong to the extent they have to be returned. This is very heavy expensive (and expensive to ship) furniture and there is no excuse for missing the obvious defects in the product that I have experienced . I wish I could post a pic because it will make you laugh or cry at what they are sending out the door.

Deceitful sales tactic at showroom and no remorse when confronted about it. There are better products and certainly better retail experiences, stay away from the Vernon, VT showroom.

Spent over $7500 with Pollywood USA. Just to find out that their dealerships offer no warranty in the Caribbean or Bahama islands even though they have dealerships on those islands . Had one $20. Peace go bad on a chair they would not warranty the items after two years of service and if I bought it from them, they wanted to charge me $250 for Shipping because they did not want to use USPS which cost them/me only $25. Customer service gentleman (Evan D) was arrogant at best. Will make sure that everybody realizes the product they buy has no warranty south of Florida

I would not purchase anything from this company. I placed an order over a month ago and still do not have it. I have been emailing customer support for over a week now and not getting anywhere other than "I will contact the shipper to see where it is.".

Ordered about 10k worth of outdoor furniture on April 23. Received confirmation of purchase and that once our furniture was shipped, we would get an email to arrange for delivery once it arrived at the warehouse. Waited about 4 weeks and reached out to polywood to provide update as the tracking number we received wasn’t working. They said part of our order had arrived at the warehouse but we’re waiting on the rest of our order before the delivery company RXO reached out to schedule delievey date. Ok great thanks. Another 2 weeks went by again reached out for an update, same thing, “still waiting on the rest of our furniture to be shipped but they were checking on it daily and would provide us with an update once everything was ready to go.” On June 15 we called and spoke to a rep who said our furniture was shipped and had arrived on May 13, and they did not know why RXO hadn’t reached out to schedule delivery, which was infuriating because we had been told that they were still waiting for our order to be complete. We paid a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. We keep getting the run around when our furniture has been sitting in a warehouse for over a month. Customer service is a joke, we’re now looking into how to get a refund.
