seems like a quality furniture ruined by idiots that lack any concern at all for quality assurance. I received partially assembled lounge chaises that were put together ridiculously wrong to the extent they have to be returned. This is very heavy expensive (and expensive to ship) furniture and there is no excuse for missing the obvious defects in the product that I have experienced . I wish I could post a pic because it will make you laugh or cry at what they are sending out the door.
