Pocket Door SuperstoreReviews of pocketdoorsuperstore.com

I purchased and have since installed an Eclisse pocket door assembly from Pocket Door Superstore. I received the ordered product at the stated price, and it arrived on time. The packaging was good and the contents undamaged. The product design is excellent, and the materials are well-made.

I must say the pocket door hardware is better than expected. The problem is that the door lock will not fit my door 1 3/8”. I requested a refund for the lock. On June 12, 2021 I received a $110 refund no request to return the lock.

Had a question, made a call to customer service. Quick phone tree, maybe a short wait and I spoke with an actual person who was very helpful and answered all my questions. Also gave me advice for how to get the products on my timeline. Everything shipped the day after I ordered and was delivered very quickly - easily met my need date!

Very helpful customer service, fast service and shipping. Very happy to work with them.

Quick and easy order. I wish i found you when i ordered the frame. I will be back for future doors.

Very helpful agent on the phone. Was able to get the last one in stock by ordering fast.

Great products. Excellent customer service.

The big box stores did not have one in stock and would not for a while. Pocketdoor Superstore had one in stock and to me in 5 days. Excellent customer service.
