I am satisfied with the purchase. I didn't get a shipment notification which would have been nice. My order had one missing part. I completed the chat form on the website and called and left 3 unreturned voice messages. I completed another chat request and it finally made it to someone. After that, they were super helpful and attentive, and had Eclisse sent me out the missing part overnight.

i asked for a return authorization on a purchase but was never contacted as to how to do that. I guess because I opened the package, that voids any returns. Ridiculous. Parts were never used.

Hi Hal, Sorry that you were unsatisfied with the terms and conditions that were clearly accessible when you purchased the item. Due to the typical size of these items and intricate parts that can easily be lost in transit, we do indeed have a no returns policy if something has been opened - We are unsure why you would need to open an item if you have no intention of using it.
