1. Extended communication delay: More than three weeks passed with "no updates for ETD until 6/16, even though I sent multiple emails." 2. Lack of proactive support: After placing and paying for order #60334 on May 26, 2026, your follow-up inquiry on May 28 went without timely updates.

Very unprofessional company that is selling defective parts that have been proven to be a safety hazard. We attempted to work with their team to find a solution and they responded with a full demand list and they attempted to force us to abide by it with paying for it out of our pockets as a delaying attempt. Highly suggest finding a different company for your needs. Very disappointing company experience.

We’re sorry this customer experienced difficulty with the installed door and we take any safety concern seriously. The contractor’s report referred to in this review was received after the customer explained that it had remained unsent in his drafts. We reviewed it the same day, authorised a full refund of $2,664.48, removed any requirement for further testing, and offered to arrange and pay for return freight. The manufacturer has requested the complete system back so it can inspect it and establish the cause. The only outstanding requirement is that the refunded goods are retained and made available for collection. It is not accurate to say the product has been “proven” defective. The report represents the installing contractor’s opinion, while the manufacturer has not yet had the opportunity to inspect the system. We remain ready to arrange collection and complete the refund.

The double pocket door kit had to be exact size and spec in order to fit the allotted space. I confirmed via text that my order could fit a 30” x 80”. The kit was not the right size. The return of the kit is not 100% reimbursable and I was asked to cover the return shipping fee (which is exorbitant). I was then asked to return it to Home Depot. Not good business all around. Now I am stuck with a $900 kit I cannot use. I am suggesting to my entire network to purchase doors elsewhere.

Hello Mark, What a misleading review. You ordered a double 34" frame kit and then sent us a message to say "Hey Ben! The pocket door kit that I received is 34" not 30" My contractor just saw that... how can we overnight the correct frame" - The 34" frame WAS the correct frame that YOU ordered online. In this circumstance it is completely reasonable for us to expect you to send the frame kit back - why should we pay the 'exorbitant fee' you speak of twice for your error? Just to clarify, we never told you to send it to Home Depot, you asked if you could take it there and I told you that you could not as it was not ordered from them - we are not Eclisse, simply a small retailer selling Eclisse products. I hope you manage to get your measurements correct next time you place an order with someone so you don't have to blame somebody else for your mistake. Many Thanks, Ben

When purchasing the Eclisse Pocket Doors I referred to your Web Site and found literature which shows the Syntesis Pocket Door as 3.1/2" thick for use with 5/8" sheeting for a 4.3/4" finished wall thickness. In reality the pocket is 3" thick designed for 1/2" sheeting and a 4" finished wall thickness. So we had to tear out 3 walls and rebuild for the 3" Eclisse pocket door furnished.

Hi Leif, I am sorry that you managed to find incorrect literature, I'm not entirely sure where that is as I can't find it, perhaps you could let me know so I can alter it? One thing I do know for certain is that the first line of the description for that particular product on the website, in bold writing, is as follows: ***Please note: All 80 and 84 frames are for Wall Th. 4” and 96” is for Wall Th. 5” and is meant to be used with ½” drywall. This has been like this since we started selling the Syntesis range. I'm sorry that you managed to miss this but somehow found the harder to find literature. I'll try and make it clearer for others. I received only one of 2 kits. I have made numerous attempts to contact these people via e mail and phone without any success. I am more than frustrated,my next move is to contact cc and see if I can dispute the charge.

Hello Gerardo, I must admit that this has taken me by surprise as I responded to your email on the 17th May with UPS tracking information and asked that you let me know if you didn't receive it. As of 25th May I've had no response from you and I assumed the parcel had turned up. There is no need to contact your CC company as I will happily give you a refund or send a replacement and can only apologize if UPS have lost your second parcel - we're here to help and work with you. i asked for a return authorization on a purchase but was never contacted as to how to do that. I guess because I opened the package, that voids any returns. Ridiculous. Parts were never used.

Hi Hal, Sorry that you were unsatisfied with the terms and conditions that were clearly accessible when you purchased the item. Due to the typical size of these items and intricate parts that can easily be lost in transit, we do indeed have a no returns policy if something has been opened - We are unsure why you would need to open an item if you have no intention of using it.
