As a menopausal women of course comes the facial hair.i tried everything saw the pluxy and thought omg I have to have this ...sadly it is awful irritated my skin made alot of noise which makes you believe it's doing its job ..again sadly just cuts of top and makes face sore ...complete waste of money...plus delivery is very slow...even bought the extra attachments ...again absolutely rubbish ...

It doesn't pull hair it just cuts it short then I have to shave anyway not worth it razers are cheaper

I have tried numerous times to contact. I would like to return this item, my clock is ticking July 24, will be 90 days. Please provide return information. Never did work correctly for me. Tried and had some help, didn't work.

I love this little gadget so much! I was a little sceptical but from the first use it’s been a little star! No more tweezers plucking out hairs for me! It removes all that unwanted top lip hair and it stays away so I only need to do it again every few days for a few seconds to keep all as I would like it! Highly recommend this for anyone who has post menopause hair growth. Have yet to try it on my eyebrows but sure it will be great there too! Get one!

I am very disappointed with this product, I found it difficult to use and was left with irritated skin. No problem I thought they advertise a 90 day no quibble refund this is a joke, yes you can get a refund but only after you send the product to Texas which from Scotland would cost £21 (the item cost £48). When the parcel was delivered to me there was a return address which was in England but that address apparently can’t be used for returns. A edit to this post. Since the reply from Pluxy which made me think they would contact me and assist I have heard nothing, again disappointed.

So very disappointed… I have followed all directions and am still having to use tweezers! I was so looking forward for this to be amazing, but found it doesn’t work on me. Customer service gave me a few pointers, which I tried, but no luck!
