Very happy with this service

I love PlushCare! My doctor is so sweet and attentive, and she doesn't treat me like I'm just a number. I'm a truck driver, so taking time off to get to a doctor's appointment is very difficult for me. It is SUPER convenient, and I will definitely continue using PlushCare!

My Dr. was very good. We reconnected a couple of days after my initial visit. I followed her instructions and tried to take care of my problem with over the counter products. Unfortunately it didn’t resolve my problem. So I had a second visit the following week and the same Dr. the prescribed an antibiotic. That seemed to resolve my issue and the Dr. still followed up with me via email a couple of days later. I feel that this is a very nice service. I can’t remember this kind of service from any Dr. that I’ve ever had before. Very comforting. I like this service very much.

I love the app but I just wish it was easier to get a hold of my doctor when I need my medication fixed. The last two appointments I have had my medicine messed up.

Scheduled online appt hour in advance. Doctor was punctual and professional and took care of what was needed. Definitely would use again.

I have been using the same physician, Dr. Hilary Lin, for the past year for a variety of needs during the Covid pandemic. She listens and provides plenty of time to get my questions answered. Being able to do the appointments from home is terrific.

The doctors listen to you and very concerned about what is illness with you. They explain in full detail about your situation along how to solved it.

I love my doctor and the customer service from plushcare!
