Easy to use. Doctor was very attentive to everything I said or asked. Very thorough and professional. No waiting 30min to an hour+ in an office. My doctor was prompt, polite, and pleasant. My script was at the pharmacy before we got off the phone and I picked it up later that day. I'm extremely happy with Plush Care.

I spoke with an amazing doctor that understood I had a prevoius kidney infection and a round of antibiotics, but the same pains came back a few days after the antibiotic round and the doctor I spoke with said that instead of giving me more antibiotics in hopes that it's just an stubborn infection holding on....she said she wanted me to go to urgent care and make sure I don't have kidney stones! Well long story short, went to the UC they said there was a lot of blood in my urine so had me go to the ER and found a bladder infection, blocked kidney due to 2 stones one of them was 9MM so they sent me to surgery to put a stent in and about 3 days in the hospital on heavy IV antibiotics and in a few weeks of taking more antibiotics, I get another procedure to remove the stones!! Thanks so much for not giving me another round of antibiotics! Had I prolonged I could have gone into sepsis and it would've been a completly different story. Thanks so much for saving my life I'll never forget it and am eternally grateful :)
