I do not have aPCP and needed a return to work note after have Covid. I found your site online and met with Dr. Krueck. What a nice, friendly doctor and good experience with her. She contacted me a few times to see if I was doing ok.

Easy to use and answers any questions

Really liked my doctor (Abdelkarim). Chose him because reviews said he has a sense of humor, which is true, plus he was kind and obviously intelligent. This was my second PlushCare experience and I will return.

I thought I would have to wait a while for an appointment, but it was easy to reserve a time with the doctor on the same day. There were a few snags in my prescription experience because of the pharmacy, but the doctor and the team at PlushCare were right on it.

Well, I have to say it was my first time doing a video chat with a doctor but Wow it was so great. No waiting in an office with a fever. It makes so much more sense, I will be telling all my family and friends. The care and attention I received were great, they text me every day to see how I was doing. They even sent me a Covid test to be sure and it was negative so a big relief to me and my family. Thanks so much

Everyone was very nice, professional and courteous: however it took over 2 weeks and lots of emails, phone calls, and faxes to get my COVID results. My wife and son went to the same facility and had there results in 2 days! I travel for a living, and was at. My second destination before I had my results. Fortunately I knew until key west my contract with people would be very limited and my exposure was limited. But the frustration I had to go through to get my results was extremely disappointing, and would discourage me from ever using telemedicine again.

Very helpful, the doctors know how to help the patients, don't take you so long and you do it from anywhere, you can schedule same day appointments and there's always someone available to assist you right away and it's cheap
