I'd be glad to give PlushCare a 5 star rating - but respectfully suggest that you un-block Canadian patients who really need your service. Being out of country and in need of periodic medical attention for issues such as prescriptions etc., is extremely important. Not all Canadians have access to US computers and must rely on their cell phones! Other than that - your service is EXCELLENT!

Wonderful Dr. Can’t express enough how patient he was and knowledgeable. Nice relaxed made me feel comfortable. He was right on time.

Everything was excellent

I spent 119.00 to talk with a doctor about my Covid cough…. She basically said if it gets worse go to the hospital… and asked me if I was vaccinated…. I would never do this again….plus you are automatically added to pay a monthly fee…. I am disappointed with myself that I thought this would be a good idea😳

This company is a scam! Like some of the others below I found out (several months later) that this company was charging me $14.99 per month for a membership that I did not sign up for. I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer to start a class action law suite! There was nowhere on their website to cancel my membership (even after following their steps to cancel the membership). I called and they cancelled and sent a confirmation email. So I will wait to make sure that it has been truly cancelled. Somehow, they also, had my updated credit card information that I did not have on my payments area on their website. RUN very far from this company. I never take time to write reviews like this if it is not very serious. I am shocked at how dishonest this company is!

We are actually on Oscar medical care but could not find a doctor to see me in less than a month. So I tried PlushCare and received appointment the same day. The Doctor was very efficient, knowledgeable and very polite.

I contacted Plush in an attempt to get a summary Dr.'s letter for an activity I can no longer participate in due to some documented health concerns. Before my appointment, I was asked to email my lab reports to them or provide information from the labs where they were completed. Since my appt was just a few minutes away, I opted to email them the information. My Dr. was late to the appt, the app didn't work properly, she couldn't speak English, and wound up having to call me on the phone for a minute, when she told me that I should contact my primary care provider. I had to contact the company for a refund since this whole ordeal was completely useless and they are refusing to delete my information from a highly insecure storage method. Avoid them at all costs if you value top notch medical care and secure document storage. Look at their BBB rating too. They are a disgrace.
