I loved the speed with which I got an appointment. I was seen via zoom within 45 minutes of booking my appointment. I looked up the doctor's biography and she was very well trained and experienced. I liked her direct, no-nonsense style. I also liked how she confirmed my identity, birthdate, city etc. I did the appointment from my desktop computer with an attached camera. The doctor was able to have me move the camera around to see my weird rash. She assured me it wasn't something more sinister like scabies or fungus. I got a prescription that day. As a nurse, I am very picky. But I must say I was thoroughly impressed.

Easy to make appt. For the doctor of choice, by their time slots they have available and which was convenient for me.

I looked up Plushcare and it says they take United HealthCare and market themselves and the participating drs as well. Moreover the company informed me at time of service a balance due of $0 after each of my visits. Never was it confirmed to me that there was any issue of my plan by Plushcare, I was also never notified by any certified means of any changes therein as well. Many months later, I receive a bill for all my visits through those months Very shady

Dr. Burnham is always clear, concise, and caring when treating me. The ease and convenience of the appointment makes things so much easier as well.

My physician Dr Goel listened to all my symptoms and had me prescribed and prescription all called in 2 hours. Great experience and glad I selected them.

Beyond terrible. Communications/questions are supposed to be answered within 1 hr - 2 days (depending on the team) but they often don’t answer for MULTIPLE WEEKS. Zero communication on what (if anything) is being done with lab work or insurance requests, despite multiple outreaches, except to suggest you book another $120 appointment (which was actually not required or recommended by my PlushCare doc). Bills are sent with no explanation. Just really poor CS and feeling like the entire company is a scam. **UPDATE** This actually genuinely is a terrible company. I have a bill that says I have an $11 balance due, however when I log into my account it says a balance of $69. I have received no comms about a larger balance, and There is absolutely no way in your account to see what that balance is about. Also, once the team finally got back to me a month later about my questions on whether or not they had submitted the prescription request I spoke with my doctor about, they then asked ME to find out from my insurance what the clinical requirements would be for approval. I have never had a provider require the patient to do the heavy lifting with the insurance company. I nevertheless called my insurance, and of course, the insurance company told me they can’t tell me those details they can only discuss with the provider. And when you call the CS phone #, no one answers you’re just on hold forever. I cannot stress enough: do not use this group.

Was a seamless experience. The doctor performed a video call answered all my questions and was able to take care of me with just two online visits. Timely and professional I would recommend this to all my friends and family!

I had gone to a chiropractic appointment and my blood pressure ended up being very high. Since I don't have a primary care I tried going to the urgent care center in my area. They did absolutely nothing for me. Upset and a little discouraged I went home and did some research online. That is when I found plush care. The doctor I had my appointment with was absolutely amazing, immediately sent in medication to get my blood pressure stabilized. Without her I may not have gotten the care that I needed. I am extremely grateful for PlushCare and will absolutely recommend them to any of my family and friends !
