This company is using stolen content to advertise their service. They pulled audio directly from a personal video my husband created — audio he generated himself — and used it in their promotional video on Instagram and on their website here without permission. They are also using my original video to run advertisements for their service without permission. This is misleading, false advertising, and a violation of our intellectual property. It gives customers the false impression that the work shown is theirs, when in reality it is our family’s content being used without consent. This business should be creating and advertising with their own materials, not exploiting content that doesn’t belong to them.

Great customer service and they are lightning fast with delivery. I ordered a personalized birthday video and received the finished product within 12 hrs. They also modified the video as a courtesy after my request. I fully recommend their services.
