Superb!
The video turned out so well, and it was sent rather quickly. I can’t wait for my daughter to see it on her birthday!

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Didnot feel like personalized at all. Just a introduction at start and then it is generalized video
Response from PlusCup – Personalized Videos for Kids & AdultsDec 2, 2025
Hi, We’re truly sorry the video didn’t meet your expectations. You could have simply contacted us and we would have happily refunded you or fixed anything you didn’t like, there was no need to leave such a harsh review. This is the very first time we’ve ever faced this kind of feedback. Everyone who has received a video so far found it exciting and magical for their children. Our videos are created from a child’s point of view, not an adult’s, which is why the style may feel simpler. We’re still here to help if you’d like a refund or an updated version. Just let us know.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience!
I was blown away by how amazing the video turned out! The quality was fantastic, the personalization was spot-on, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me even more was their customer service. I reached out about a small pronunciation issue, and even though it was a holiday, they responded incredibly quickly and fixed it right away. Their attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly stood out. Highly recommend — wonderful product and outstanding support! 🎉
