I don't know what else this company could do to make the experience better than it was. The video was longer than I expected and was close to a regular episode. My granddaughter's name has an odd spelling and pronunciation, but after a couple of emails, they got it perfect! The turnaround is just hours, so that was wonderful! Great customer service and a great and neat product that I know my granddaughter will want to watch over and over. Can't wait until next month to send one to her sister!
