A fabulous company. I made two different errors on my submission and they fixed it with no problem both times. Great product and phenomenal customer service!

Incorrect age on the video. I've emailed for correction, it was disappointing and poor attentional to detail. The company should send file for approval first. The voice-over is fine but they got the birthday number wrong.

Trekt op geen niks. Heb een verjaardagsvideo gekocht voir mijn zoon, ik heb aangegeven dat hij Oliver noemt en dat het in nederlands moet zijn. Ik krijg een video gemengd in duits en nederlands, en er wordt gelukkige verjaardag vin gezegd in plaats van gelukkige verjaardag oliver. Wat een scam is dit!

I was a bit skeptical because I found out about this service via an ad on Instagram lol but they delivered exactly what I asked for quickly too!! Would totally use this service again!

Found this service through an Instagram ad at around 1030 pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on 15/ Jan - the day before my son's birthday... Thought it was way too late but took a chance and got the express service. By 6 am the next morning (16 Jan - his birthday), the video was already in my inbox and exactly as advertised, correct pronunciation - no changes required. My son absolutely loved it as do all the friends and family that have seen it. Yes the video may be a little short and basic but for the price, it's an amazing idea and perfect for kids. I'll definitely be back to buy from this business and refer a few friends with kids as well. 10/10 amazing idea and team.

I wrote a glowing review earlier, but asked them to change the pronunciation of our names in the video and they said they would if I sent them a video message saying the names correctly. Send video and never heard back from them. Disappointing. Once they get your money, don't expect great service.
