⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with this service. I purchased a video that was clearly advertised to be delivered within 24 hours, but that never happened. The deadline came and went, and I was left with no video, no explanation, and no communication. When you pay for a service with a guaranteed turnaround time, you expect the company to honor that promise. Instead, I was left waiting with nothing to show for it. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. If you advertise 24-hour delivery, you should actually deliver within 24 hours—or at the very least communicate with your customers when there is a delay. I will be requesting a full refund.

Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected technical issue specifically affecting our Baby Shark videos, which caused some orders to be delayed beyond our usual delivery time. We should have communicated this delay with you sooner, and we’re very sorry that this did not happen. Order didn’t include the name…
Order didn’t include the name specified, emailed 4 times in the days after with 0 response. My child’s birthday has been and gone now. Waste of £20.
