The sample offer did it for me
The sample offer did it for me. I have been using my lift serum for years with absolutely amazing results. I thought at 1st it was pricey but in reality it is “priceless”. I tell someone new at least once a week how great it works for me n my 74 year old confidence. Thankyou for this wonderful product.

I love it but it leaves a white Residue…
I love it but it leaves a white Residue are my Eyes
Response from Plexaderm®Apr 2, 2026
Thank you so much for your feedback, we’re glad to hear you love the product! We understand that white residue can sometimes occur, and it’s often related to using a bit more product than needed or layering with certain skincare or makeup. Applying a very small amount (about half of a pea) and ensuring the skin is clean and dry beforehand can help minimize this effect. You also want to make sure its thin and spread out evenly. Allow to set up to 10 minutes with minimum facial movements. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 1-800-681-0366 to help you get the best results!

Your product is the best in the world. Butttt
Your product is the best in the world! I’ve tried Korean, product, China ,, Japan yours actually works for a few hours longer than the rest. And I pay more here in Canada for your products Yes it is still worth it when buying larger amounts…But! These new tariffs are not cheap along with the extra Duty $40.00 isn’t fair , To expensive!!

Thank you so much for your incredible feedback, we’re truly honored to hear you consider our product the best you’ve tried! It means a lot, especially knowing you’ve compared it with products from around the world. We completely understand your concerns regarding pricing, tariffs, and duties. Unfortunately, these additional costs are determined by external regulations and are beyond our control. That said, we know how important affordability is and truly appreciate your continued support despite these challenges. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our team. Thank you again for being a loyal customer!

Family Affair
My husband and I having been using Plexaderm for over a year. He started once he saw my results. I use it daily, even without make-up and get so many comments about how great my eyes look. The only reason for one less star is your website does not allow me to manage our subscription. I wanted to up the quantity delivered and had to call customer service, who had to cancel my existing subscription and re-instate a new one. Cumbersome as I still do not see the date of fulfilment on your site.
Response from Plexaderm®Apr 2, 2026

We’re thrilled that both you and your husband are loving the results and that you’re getting so many compliments, that’s the best part! We’re sorry to hear about the frustration with managing your subscription. We completely understand how important it is to have an easy, transparent process, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re actively working on improving this experience. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you need assistance at [email protected] or 1-800-681-0366. We’re here for you!

I love your product
I love your product, I'm a 71 yr old man and use plexaderm maybe about 4-5 times a week if that much there are days I don't need it but glad I have it. A lot of times I use very little in putting it on in one thin line where as it makes half the droop disappear and also looks good on me. Only thing I don't like are the after effects the wrinkling of the skin sometimes when not using. This I've never had before but I'm attributing to my age.

Its nothing more than glue
Its nothing more than glue, does nothing for the skin.. I think elders glue thinned down would be about as effective.. Im glad I only bought the trial version and not wasted a lot of money on a bottle of it.. my under eyes feel like cardboard, actually hurts a little, scratchy.
Response from Plexaderm®Mar 30, 2026
We’re sorry to hear this didn’t meet your expectations. Application really is key with the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, as using too much product or not applying it correctly can lead to the tight or “cardboard-like” feeling you described. That said, it should never feel uncomfortable. We want you to feel confident trying Plexaderm, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please reach out to our customer experience team with your order details. We’d be happy to help with a refund or walk you through application tips if you’d like to give it another try. Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate it!
