I bought the $14.95 sample
I bought the $14.95 sample, and it is totally useless. It’s sold like gold in small amounts,so somebody is getting rich selling a face cream. Typical for this money grubbing, thieving society that we are in.

It works for a while but not on everyone. Bags under eyes has to be a certain type for Plexaderm to work. Doesn’t get rid of black under eyes either.

Product Disappointed Me
The company refunded my money easily and promptly. No questions asked. It's odd that of all the reviews I read, none of them mentioned what happened when I tried it. As the commercials show--the Plexaderm worked within 10 minutes to make the bags under my eyes disappear. HOWEVER--the second I put on my water-based make-up--the bags came back immediately! There are recommendations to avoid oil-based make-up. I washed my face, applied the Plexaderm and waited over 10 min

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that your refund was processed promptly and without any hassle. We’re sorry, however, that Plexaderm did not perform as expected once you applied your water-based makeup. We understand how frustrating it can be to see the results disappear after carefully following the application instructions. Makeup products and application techniques can affect the appearance and performance of Plexaderm, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable and will help us better understand our customer's experiences. Thank you again for giving Plexaderm a try and for taking the time to share your honest feedback.

Permenant white stain
Yes, it did shrink my under eye bags, but it not only dries white which has been said, now the skin is still white and it's been over 6 months. It could be an issue with my skin, but it almost looks bleached or like I have concealer on.I hate that this seems to be permenant!

Works great until you try to apply…
Works great until you try to apply makeup afterwards. Commercials should show how to for women that want to apply makeup. It’s terrible if try to apply makeup afterwards.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear Plexaderm works well for you, and we’re sorry you’ve had difficulty applying makeup afterward. For the best results, we recommend using a water-based makeup after Plexaderm has been applied and allowed to fully dry. Not good
Luckily I only ordered the $15 trial pack. I put on way less then what the suggested in the instructions. After 3 minutes of it being on my face was so tight I had to wash it off. Definitely wont be using this again.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear the Plexaderm felt too tight on your skin. It sounds like too much product may have been applied, as only a very thin layer is needed. We’d love the opportunity to help! Please give us a call at 1-800-681-0366, and our team would be happy to share some tips and guidance on how to apply the product for the best experience.

Causes skin damage
This product temporarily tightens skin. Initially it looks better. It feels weird because the skin is tight. After a few hours the tightness makes the skin look weird. Smiling and speaking pull on the skin and give it weird stretch lines. The worst part is that the next day, my eyes look worse than before I used it yesterday. Apparently the tightening caused stretching and damage to the skin and now my eyes are puffier and the bags are worse. I don't think anyone should use this product. I'm not sure how long it will take my skin to recover from a few hours of damage using this product.

You need a better ad agency
Take the word" literally"out of your commercials. Whoever wrote the script obviously has limits to their vocabulary. It does not bode well for your product
Response from Plexaderm®Aug 3, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your perspective and understand your point about the wording in our commercials. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate not only our products but also how we communicate about them. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
