Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad to hear you’re overall happy with the Plexaderm and seeing good results. We also appreciate you pointing out the white residue under the eyelid area. A few tips that may help, applying a very thin, even layer, making sure the skin is completely dry before application, and avoiding over-applying product can help reduce any visible residue or “peeling” effect. Dabbing away excess product before it fully sets may also help. We truly appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team as we continue improving the experience.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. First, there’s no evidence that the formula “stops working” over time or that it builds tolerance in the skin. Products like Plexaderm work mainly through a temporary tightening film (silicate-based technology) that sits on the skin surface rather than changing the skin itself. Because of that, it doesn’t behave like a treatment that “trains” the skin or becomes less effective with long-term use. What does change over time is usually one or more of these factors. Skin changes with age or Hydration and skincare layering. The Plexaderm formula has not changed. When experiencing residue, the Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. We recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product.
