I have tried all kinds of eye cream to no avail. Plexaderm is a straight up awesome! Within 10 minutes my discolored bags under my eyes disappeared! Like magic! Thank you for all high quality product.

Very temporary results (under 30 minutes)
This stuff pulls skin tight while it is drying, making wrinkles disappear. However, within 30 minutes the stuff cracks making skin appear wrinkled, dry and flaky. So, within 30 minutes you will look worse than when you started.

The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue. We recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product.

The product may be effective in reducing under eye bags and puffiness however it leaves residue now matter how little you use. It’s impossible to use the product and wear makeup.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you noticed improvement with under eye bags and puffiness, but we’re sorry to hear the residue made it difficult to wear with makeup.
For best results, we recommend applying a very small amount — about half a pea size for both under eyes — spreading it thin and evenly. Allow the Plexaderm to dry completely (up to 10 minutes) before applying any additional skincare or makeup.
When using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results.

It does have a slight tightening effect… not so much a tightening effect more like putting a layer of something it’s very stiff, when you smile your cheeks go up and it makes very strange creases
It does have a slight tightening effect on the bags on your eyes, however when you smile or move your face you get lines below the bags because the product makes your skin have a little bit of a crusty layer, it does not last that long also and if you try to touch it up by putting more on you get a white crusty deposit. I did not find it useful socializing, it might add a little youth if you were doing yourself up for a photograph. But to go to a party where you’re talking and laughing the area doesn’t react like the rest of your face it’s like putting a little layer of concrete on your skin. It did not work out for me at all, even though they advertise it to death. Fortunately it’s inexpensive everyone can try and make up their own mind.

The white or “crusty” residue you described can sometimes happen if too much product is applied or if additional layers are added before the first application has fully set. For best results, we generally recommend applying a very small, thin even layer to clean, dry skin, gently dabbing it into place, and allowing it to dry completely while keeping facial movement minimal for a few minutes. Using less product often helps reduce stiffness and visible residue.
That said, we completely understand that everyone’s skin and expectations are different, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback about both the benefits and limitations you experienced. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our team. Thank you again for giving it a try.

I purchased the 18 applications serum…
I purchased the 18 applications serum and used one full one on wrinkles every other day. It was too harsh for my skin gave me irritation and bumps. Called customer service to see if they could recommend anything to soothe the irritation , not much help but you would think after spending $50 on their product they would offer to send you something to ease the irritation. I don’t recommend this product if you have sensitive skin!

Overall the product works really well
Overall the product works really well. Sometimes it works better on certain days for whatever reason. One thing I’d try and fix is that it leaves white lines under the eye lid which makes it look like someone is peeling from a sunburn. But I am overall very happy with the product.
