Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that the Plexaderm helped reduce the appearance of wrinkles and under-eye bags. We're sorry to learn that you noticed a difference in skin tone where the product was applied. If too much product is applied or it isn't set, a visible residue can occur. For best results, we recommend applying a very thin even layer, and allowing the product to dry completely (up to 10 minutes) before applying any additional skincare or makeup. When using make up, water-based items work best. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps other customers get the best results from the product. We understand your frustration regarding the lack of improvement in the appearance of dark circles, as well as the difficulty you experienced when using moisturizer or makeup alongside the product. Water based items work best when using in addition to Plexaderm. The flaking and pink residue you described can sometimes occur if too much product is applied or if it is layered with other skincare products before fully setting, but we recognize that this does not change your experience. Regarding the residue and flaking, this can sometimes occur if too much product is applied, if it is layered over skincare products that haven't fully set, or if it is not allowed to dry completely before applying makeup. Applying a very thin, even layer to clean, dry skin and allowing it to set fully may help reduce residue. That said, we understand that everyone's skin is different, and we're disappointed to hear that you did not see the wrinkle smoothing results you were hoping for.
