Hello Neelam - we appreciate your feedback and have investigated the situation in its entirety. We see that you reached out to our support team on December 7th & received a reply right away, the same day. Them, there was a lengthy email thread lasting for several days, during which time our team investigated order records associated with your email address and PayPal. We also called you in the UK to see if we could assist via phone and obtain any additional information to troubleshoot. Unfortunately the PayPal transaction records indicated no approved charges and orders, and this is why no order was ever successfully placed on our website. As indicated in the email thread, Osmo cannot troubleshoot issues with PayPal. That needs to happen directly with them (PayPal). Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We hope that you will consider ordering Osmo products from a local source in the UK such as Amazon.co.uk or John Lewis Partners, etc.

When you say first iPad, does that mean the first Generation iPad, or the first iPad you purchased? If it's the first Generation, then know that this device is not compatible. Further, there are other iPad models that Apple is no longer supporting, and that by extension Osmo can offer only limited support to. We'd love to troubleshoot what's happening on your end!
