Extremely dishonest company.

this vacuum is below standards verry cheep and does not perform also verry difficult to get a refund still trying. its a con job

Ordered the Osmo frying pan. First use, food remnants completely stuck and unable to remove from pan. This product is cheap and nasty. Only good news is that they provided full refund the day I contacted them. Don't buy, mines going in the bin.

i purchased the osmo pro vacuum cleaner, well i have been conned like a few have, had it a day plastic catch fell off, i have better power from my hair dryer then this unit the suction a load of rubbish a proper useless piece of junk, it does not have brushes or rubber roller to clean carpet just a roll of sponge, not fit for purpose, it's ended up in the recycling centre, ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING THIS USELESS VACUUM PLEASE DON'T. £149, totally wasted what i believe is a con

Great company with a very good online agents.

Useless hoover chesp plastic useless even at high setting works but no use takes 20 times longer to hoover even then not very good buy refurbished Dyson or shark any thing but this and took 3 weeks to come that bad gave to local charity shop I'll get refurbished shark in ebay I'll not be conned like this again and said best hoover on market when I tried to get on their webpage both AVG anti virus and my internet provider EE both said dangerous site

The 3 stars are for customer service not the item. The delivery took full 15 days but when it arrived I opened it carefully after reading real reviews on trust pilot. It was much smaller than expected and the free 2 speakers which were advertised were not there. Have to say I was unimpressed so contacted customer service and have to say they were very helpful. I was offered a partial refund for disappointment which was nice but after trying the speaker it was just like a normal Bluetooth speaker. I packed it back up and sent it back for full refund which took 3 days. I bought this as it came up as a top A+ rated item which j disagree.
