Ordered over a month ago scam
Ordered over a month ago, still no hoover. Refuse refund and other reviews rate the hoover as a toy.

Le produit est incroyable
Le produit est incroyable ! Même pour ma femme ou moi c’est super relaxant. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! On a une vrai expérience de relaxation, mes enfants arrivent à se concentrer et sont moins « éparpillés »

DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!
DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM! They promised 2-4 days for delivery. Day nine I contacted them and they said it’s on the way. It came the next day.What a piece of junk! This vacuum has no suction. I contacted them again and told them I wanted a refund and they wanted details and pictures why which I gave them. They understood my complaints and sent me a form to fill out and instructions to return the pile of crap. Once they receive it they will refund my money. It goes to the UK!! Has anyone received the same information? Has anyone actually sent it back and got a refund? How much did it cost to send it? This company is a fraudulent in every way. I am preparing to fight them and asking others to do the same. That’s the only way to get them shut down. I’ll keep you posted. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!

Poor
Bought mine in November and was faulty. Customer Service sent me a replacement. Arrived Jan 5th. So no hoover in December. Poor suction & power. 4hrs for full charge. Not impressed

OSMO VACUUM IS GARBAGE!
The OSMO stick vac is one piece of garbage. Hardly any suction. The floor attachment doesn't move freely. It gets stuck on carpeting. Nothing gets picked up by it. The machine is a total ripoff!

The Osmo Pro Vacuum is utterly useless!
After seeing deceptive/misleading ratings on Osmo I sadly wasted money to receive a vacuum that literally has no suction. I hate scams and feel foolish for not checking this out better. As soon as purchased I then received all the bad reviews and tried to stop shipping. Was half a day.... too late they tell me. Now I have it decided to try and it is SO bad it's back in the box. I wouldn't give this useless vacuum away, donate it to Op Shop, certainly not try and sell - it is going in the rubbish bin.
