BEWARE if you purchase from the EU!!!!. They are selling under the legal appearance of an EU company by using the .EU domain but they will SCREW YOUR RIGHTS by applying US law to the purchases. I have not been able to return my 400 Eur stand because of this. They trample on the 14 days cool-off period right that any European consumer has. They do this knowing that they are assisted by an existing legal void. EU consumer institutions don’t offer assistance as they consider this an international purchase and there is no specific institution to access to get them forced to comply with EU law

So first thing I know my review is not the best written review because it's very wordy, so just for your own benefit try to pay attention to the warning I'm trying to give you regarding this evil company. This Platinum LED has been the worst of the worst companies I've ever gotten in contact with seen it on YouTube they relentlessly are advertising and I didn't know any different about red light therapy because I didn't know anything about it. But I do know it was a huge mistake for me to purchase this $3,000 red light therapy thing from them they are the most dishonest people they don't have any phone support they're so full of evil they will not help you out. Unfortunately for me I didn't look at the reviews here on trust pilot I only looked at the reviews on the company how stupid I was to find this out later on. Extremely sad for me because it cost me so much!!! Update: no scumbag people that company doesn't even support the 3-year warranty on this thing I have sent them several videos that they requested and to this date I'm still having problems they have always had excuse after excuse not to do anything right that's Mr Tom I've spoken to as well as Mr Mark you don't want to trust them they're not trustworthy there are a useless deceptive company at best!!!!!! Oh also that application that they have for you to put on your phone that's as useless as they are I guess it goes according to the company the way they all are where they're set up, it's no good for nothing!!!! Update again: So that said as of November 21, 2025 these red light therapy panels are still defective so you need to "think twice" about getting involved in purchasing from this company with these people that don't back up what they say. The panels always go out prior to the timer on the application on the phone now that the phone is working again the application at least for the time no guarantees or what's going to happen next. Extremely stressful for me all the money I've wasted as I already stated, and being so that they have never worked right from the beginning and they're supposed to be guaranteed for 3 years. How's that going to work they don't have that much time be broke down sooner than later definitely Less Than 3 years and they're not willing to move a finger to do anything right to fix the problem as they have never done anything right!!!

There site says 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. When they say it has a 60 day they mean it has to be in there warehouse in 60 days after it arrives at your door or it will be sent back without refund. Sending my order back with with its original cost almost $1000 with shipping and handling fees not refundable plus the 20% restocking fee and the cost to ship it back its look like it's going to be a 50%+ loss. Save your selves the time, money and stress don't buy from these thieves

This is unfortunately a rather underhanded and shady business. They are reselling red light panels from a Chinese OEM (E.Shine Systems Ltd), whacking on a big markup and then having a whopping 20% restocking fee to discourage you from sending it back, on top of making you cover the return postage. This is clearly unacceptable and exploitative to cover their own failings in marketing a fairly priced product and making their listed price appear lower than it is, as the shipping isn't reflected in it. Steer well clear!

I saw quite a few negative reviews here mainly about unexpected VAT charges and poor service, so I wanted to share a very different experience. A year ago, I purchased red light therapy device from a reputable Chinese manufacturer via Alibaba, but this time I chose to buy from a US-based company — PlatinumLED. First, I accidentally completed the purchase while experimenting with VAT scenarios. Their customer service was excellent — they responded promptly, explained everything clearly, and refunded the order without hassle. I did thorough research and liked that they market their products as Class II Medical Devices. They even provide a link to the official FDA database, and seeing their name and products listed there was very reassuring. As for VAT — yes, it’s not included in the listed price, so you’ll pay it when the goods arrive in your country. That’s standard for international purchases and not something I’d consider a fault of the seller. So far, I'm impressed with both the service and the transparency. I bought it again! Looking forward to seeing results with the product itself.

Terrible company . I’m filing complaint on them with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) , Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau (BBB). Would recommend you do the same . There is a lot of unhappy customers here .would be glad to do a class action lawsuit against this company if other people wants to do that too .My case : I got biomax 900. It’s came not fully functional how they advertising . Any communication with them about the issue lead to denial of the issue ! They good on disclaimers, definitely invested in that so they would screw customers . We tried to file dispute with American Express and it’s was not successful due to their policies and grey areas in that . And for that they also said that they waving the warranty on the unit ! And unit came defective already !

The 60 day trial is not what you think it is. You have to pay the shipping, taxes and to 20% restocking fee. Terrible customer
