I bought the rolling floor stand for my biomax 600 light and I wish I had bought it sooner. It adds a huge degree of usability compared to just hanging it over a door. We now have our light in the bathroom and use it whenever we are dressing/washing. The rolling stand allows us to easily move the heavy light around the room where we need it most, and now we can close the door without the light bouncing around. It's a little expensive for what it is, but it's well made and very sturdy. I recommend it if you have any of the larger biomax lights that aren't compatible with the other Platinum LED stands.

Great looking product. I bought to help for wound healing from surgery. I’m using setting “ deep tissue”. I am healing remarkably well according to my sister in law who is a nurse. My wife has used on “skin repair” for her scalp. We’ll see how that works.

They told me my complaint was unacceptable and cancelled my order. The website is busy and difficult to work with. they list all the extras before you get to the actual lights. I contacted the company several times prior to placing my order. They insisted they ship to Alaska and they ship through USPS. A week after placing the order, I received a request for a physical address as "UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes." I complied with their request and stated I was upset that they claimed they could ship via USPS and now changed their tune. I have no trust in them.

My bio light came earlier than expected. I appreciated the informational booklet as well as the packaging. This is all new to me, so I’m looking forward to experiencing this technology.

While I appreciate the effectiveness and quality of the lightpanels, i am not at all impressed with the customer support (or blatant lack thereof.) I was sold an unsuitable XL Mobile Floor Stand model, which obstructs 30 LEDs while their "support" people now lament that exchanging it for a suitable newer model stand (same pricing) was too costly. When buying the stackable , black Biomax PRO Ultra Units 3 months ago, a white XL Mobile Floor Stand made for the older Biomax system was sold along. Not adapted to the new ZeroGap PRO series, 30 LEDs are being obstructed by it, which turned out to my consternation when fully assembled with the stacked panels. Shortly afterwards, the new XL PRO Mobile Floor Stand in Black was introduced, perfectly accommodating the ZeroGap layout, avoiding the obstruction of any LEDs. Had I been made aware of the imminent launch of the new product, I would naturally have waited a few weeks with the purchase of a stand. I suspect the denial of my requested exchange for the new product is mere incompetence on a lower staff level, as I cannot imagine this kind of low standard being policy of this company. Their wiesling out of clear obligation is unacceptable.
