Awful
The tree I ordered never turned up, chased 3 times then asked for a refund which they said they would give me. 11 days later I’m still waiting despite sending further emails and calling them twice. I still have no tree or refund. Steer clear of this company unless you want to lose money.

When customer service works, it deserves recognition.
I had an HOA corrective measure along a 100-foot property line and needed to plant hedges, but I was completely stuck. I did not know which plant would work best, what size made sense, how to plan the layout, or how to avoid getting completely cleaned out by the usual local landscaping quotes. Then I found Plant Express, and Denise changed the entire experience. Denise was outstanding from start to finish. She patiently walked us through the options, explained what would work best for our situation, provided alternative quotes and planting plans, and helped coordinate delivery in a way that gave us confidence instead of stress. What stood out most was that Denise did not just process an order — she actually helped solve the problem. She knew the product, understood the situation, and went above and beyond in a way that is rare these days. Her patience, professionalism, and generosity made a stressful HOA issue feel completely manageable. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Plant Express earned my trust, and Denise deserves special recognition for representing the company so well. Thank you, Denise, and thank you to the Plant Express team. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t even give this company one…
I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I had the option, placed my order on the 5th April received no notification that my money or order had been received, called the number on there website to find out on the sixth time that I called that I was not in fact calling them but a call centre that would pass on my messages for a call back or e-mail, I never received any response until I requested a full refund which to this date I am still waiting to receive and again I have e-mailed regarding this but again I have not received any response. Good news is that I found another company selling the Olive trees I wanted, I received my trees within a week and fabulous service something these people could learn from.

Ordering and delivery were easy
Ordering and delivery were easy. One of the plants was as expected, one was smaller than expected. Customer service responded promptly to my concern and offered a couple ways to handle the situation.

Absolutely beautiful
