Better than imaginable. 5 Star plus.
Almost unbelievable to have this level of service from an internet vendor. I ordered 40 - 15 gallon blue point spruce trees. We live an 8 hour drive from Camarillo and they were delivered within one week in tip top shape. When the delivery guy opened the truck (also a great guy and service) it was like unloading Christmas trees, they smelled so fresh and were very healthy.

Janice, forty blue point spruce arriving fresh after an eight hour haul is exactly what we hope for, and we are so glad they showed up looking that good. Thank you for the kind words about our driver too, we will pass them along. Wishing you many years of that Christmas tree smell in your yard 🌲

Have not received plant order (21st June, £46,97) after one month. They do not answer the phone or emails. I have just tried one last time and sat on phone for nearly 10 min on hold. These people are unreliable and I have now asked bank for a charge back.

Hello NIgel, We believe this review is intended for a company in the UK calling themselves Plants Express without our authorization. Sorry about your bad experience, but we are completely unrelated. We are a US only outdoor plant company using the domain plantsexpress.com. Because we come up first for a “Plants Express” search on Trustpilot, there is understandable confusion. If you are indeed looking for a company selling artificial plants in the UK (plants-express.com), which is currently the second result for Plants Express on Trustpilot, we would be very grateful if you could remove this review from our account. Thanks very much.

Manny and the team at Plants Express were amazing! Held the plants after purchase to time with our landscaping plan, delivery was super smooth and everything looks beautiful! Already put my next order in!

Christopher, this absolutely made Manny's day (and ours)! Timing your plants to your landscaping plan is exactly the kind of thing we love helping with, and knowing everything looks beautiful in the ground is the best news we could get. Wishing you many happy seasons watching it all fill in and thrive. 🌿
