This service is incredible. There is no way I could accomplish what Pixsy does. The portal is extremely thorough and straight forward. I basically sit back and let them do what they do and wait for a check. Their coverage around the globe is fantastic.

Thanks Diego, that's great to hear. Glad the portal makes it easy to sit back and let us handle it. We'll keep working on your cases.

Great service, very useful for photographers. I hope it works for claims in Spain as well.

Thanks Fernando, glad you're finding Pixsy useful. We can't take compensation cases in Spain at the moment, but takedowns do work there. If a Spanish site is using your photo, you can send a takedown notice to get it removed.

Best feedback from the staff, you would expect everything automatized but you have great response if you send an email, eager to help, super kind. They resolved my case super easy and quickly and I have 2 more cases in process. Thanks!

The system and reporting is great. The case was handled within a couple of month and with a good result for me. Couple of more cases are lined up.

The success rate is low, slow and honestly not that worth it, I'm still wondering if I will continue.
Response from PixsyOct 25, 2026
Hi Jennifer, thanks for being honest. Cases can take several months, and not every one ends in payment. Usually that's because the business can't be reached, our law firms review, or is somewhere we can't act. We should explain that more clearly up front. Your case manager would be happy to go through your matches with you and point out the ones most likely to resolve.

A company that makes money by threatening people. This company is destined to fall into bankruptcy.

We understand that a letter about an image is stressful to receive. We act for photographers whose work was used without a license, and a real person checks every case before a letter goes out. If you think the claim is wrong or you have a license, reply to the letter with the details and we'll review it. More on how this works: pixsy.com/faqs/received-a-letter-from-pixsy

No one would respond to me. This case took 7 months and I tried multiple times to keep pushing it along. Seems like I was completely forgotten about.
Response from PixsyOct 25, 2026
Hi Kristin, we're sorry. Seven months without a proper response isn't acceptable, and it's not the service we want to give. If your case is still open, reply to any Pixsy email and mention this review, and we'll make sure your case manager gets back to you with a full update.
