A couple of weeks ago I sent a request to Pioneer Law asking for a detail status report. I received a response from "cs" indicating receipt of my inquiry and that I would receive a response to my inquiry. As of this date I have not received a response. I would like to know the sststus of my account???

We have been in the program for 18 mos. And only two accounts have been settled, while several credit cards have been charged off, no settlements have been offered. Test we still pay every month. Would like more status updated. It is difficult to actually speak to a real person!

Barbara, You are currently enrolled in a 48-month program, so it will take a little time for the balance on your savings account to build up (in order for us to reach additional settlements on some of the other accounts).
