Better hope it never needs repaired
One star for the software and one for the phone. While this product is great when it works, if the phone needs repaired no one can do this due to the software. We’ve had it 5 months and there’s already a problem. We’ll have to reset to factory settings, which only pinwheel can do and will lose our kids info on her phone. Then after the repairs will have to reinstall this, which again only pinwheel can do. You have to wait for a call back so can’t do any of this when it’s convenient for you- HUGE oversight with pinwheel developers, there should be some workaround for repairs. Will never recommend pinwheel to anyone due to this. If I had to do it again, would just install bark in a phone

We have to put safeguards in place to avoid the system getting removed easily, this is why you'll have to go through the support team first to take off the system.
