Ich bin seit Jahren treuer Kunde des Unternehmens. Ich habe beispielsweise verschiedene Rucksäcke von Salzen. Nun wurde es Zeit für einen Wechsel - auf den Blok Medium. Ich tat mich am Anfang etwas schwer. Aber ich bin begeistert. Der Rucksack ist so clever, designt und überzeugt.

Since the product I complained about was unfortunately no longer available, I received a higher-quality replacement backpack from pinqponq. It was shipped to me on the same day and arrived in excellent condition!

Ich liebe meine Pinqpong Produkte. Ich habe mittlerweile 2 Rucksäcke des Models Klak, 1 Moonbag small, 2 Taschen Krumm, eine Tetrick, eine Brik und eine Aksel, Nummer 2 ist unterwegs. Ich liebe die Taschen, sie sind stylisch, robust und praktisch. Ich habe sowohl bei Pinqpong selbst bestellt, als auch bei anderen Online Shops. Habe auch noch 2 auf meiner Wunschliste. Das einzige was ich mir wünschen würde wäre: Bei der Aksel Tasche könnte die kleine Tasche etwas größer sein und vielleicht noch eine etwas tiefere Position zum Anbringen haben. Wenn man sie normal Crossbody tragen will wie ich, dann sitzt sie sshr weit oben, bzw muss man die Tasche dann aufm Rücken schieben. Ich habe gelesen, das man an der nächsten Generation schon arbeitet, vielleicht wäre das eine Idee? Oder man fügt einen zweiten neutralen Gurt noch dabei.

Sehr netter Kundenservice! Leider habe ich die Tasche zurück schicken müssen, da die Farbe nicht so raus kam wie bei mir auf dem Monitor. Waren sehr kulant und die Rücksendung und Gutschrift war so reibungslos, freundlich und schnell. Ich schau mir beim nächsten Mal die Farben in echt an, damit ich unnötige Rücksendungen vermeide. Der Online-Shop ist absolut zu empfehlen.
