Confusing customer service experience
Confusing customer service experience. DPD was meant to be delivering my parcel, but for some reason, their tracking was saying they tried to deliver it, but couldn't find the address. I contact pinqponq customer service about this, but kept getting back confusing responses. "Your parcel has been redirected." "If it's not delivered by next week contact us." The bag has been sitting in a warehouse about 5 kilometers from my house for over a week. It seems like DPD have got their wires crossed about the address, but pinqponq aren't able to pick up the phone
