Pilot Freight ServicesReviews of pilotdelivers.com

A young man with dread locks recently delivered my TV. I'm not exactly sure what his name was but I'm pretty sure it was Michael. He was very courteous and even called me ma'am, Manners are far few and far in between now days but Michael had manners and went above and beyond! I hope ya'll are planning to keep him for years to come and I also hope y'all are planning on giving him a raise. He was such a hard worker and did not make me feel rushed at all. Such an asset to the company. I DO NOT want anybody else delivering my packages. Only Michael.

Thank you to the lazy driver for dropping a full pallet of blinds in the driveway of my business without coming to the door and telling us they were there. Receiving a phone call telling me there were blinds sitting outside in the elements is not the great news when you are the only one on campus to move 25 blinds across 5 acres to another building by yourself. Not only would I never use Pilot to ship or delivery anything for me or my company, I will no longer do business with Lowe's where a delivery is involved. After reading reviews it appears this is a on going issue with your company. My recommendations.... don't use them.

We have had 2 separate appliance deliveries from Pilot in the last two years through Lowes. The delivery drivers were courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. They let us know, step by step in the process, where they were and how long the delivery would take. This last delivery took two attempts because they tried to deliver in a snow storm. I applaud the delivery drivers and thank them for their hard work.

This company transports freight for Amazon.com. I am rating them at 1 star, because they do not scan the Amazon Return Label when they receive a returned piece of furniture. This problem leaves the Amazon customer hanging for weeks, unable to receive a refund, because Amazon has no record that the furniture was picked up.

These, I don’t even know how to describe them have no manners, respect or courtesy! I don’t know how they remain in business!!! I would love to get another call from them to pick up any product from me and then that person would definitely get it!! I wish I could give 0 starts

My package was set to be delivered on a Saturday between 12-3. No package! I called the company and they said they are closed on the weekend!!!!! Why do they have a schedule set up to deliver on Saturday’s? My package is sitting in the warehouse and no one has contacted me to reschedule. I’m surprised Amazon uses this company. I’m going to be looking for a refund and it’s costing Amazon money!!! So frustrating!

This is one of the worst shipping companies. I paid over $500 to get a piece of artwork shipped from Dallas to Tampa. It was picked up on 12/14/2022. It was delivered to Dallas airport on 12/16/2022. It still sits there according to tracking on January 3, 2023. NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY WILL RESPOND TO ME VIA WEBSITE, EMAIL, OR PHONE. Advertised 24/7/365 customer service is a complete lie. Negative feedback across multiple platforms is the norm. HOW DO RESPECTED COMPANIES STILL USE THIS COMPANY. I AM EXPLORING LEGAL ACTION.

While my shipment from TruFiber was processed by Fedex I noticed they got this third party "PilotDelivers" which I knew nothing about. So I did some research and quickly found nothing but bad reviews. None the less I always like to give the benefit of the doubt and though I can't speak for others i gotta say my experience was very good! I got a call and the woman I spoke with was very courteous and informed me to schedule a time to be present upon delivery and to my surprise I was even getting it a day earlier than expected. Then I met with the delivery driver (very kind as well) and I even saw that the shipment was on the truck properly secured (no smashed in dents or gashes on the box) and also even let me check the contents for damage which is more than I can say for other companies i delt with.....all and all, very pleased with these guys!
