Easy to navigate and send the pictures as well as letter to loved one that is incarcerated. I wish we could send them food though. He’s starving in there with Covid and not even getting medication.

I just started this app but so far everything seems really easy to understand and follow. The ability to send postcards , letters, and pictures, and cheaper phone calls ,is really amazing and makes me feel just a tiny bit better. I gave 4 stars because i just started but really it seems to be a 5 star app.
