I use pigeonly to communicate with my fiance in prison it's fantastic it ships fast I'm having a little bit of a problem getting the phone calling account to work but other than that everything I expected is spot on.

Takes a long time to receive
It’s been more than ten days since two letters and one picture has been delivered and she still hasn’t gotten them. Other than that I like it.

Easy and Convenient
I have just started this service. But everything has been so easy. From sign up and the layout of the website everything is simple and wonderful. And the quickness of getting them ordered and shipped is great. When my husband let's me know that he has received the order I will review again. But so far your service has been the best. I like your app
I like your app. It's easy to use and my family really appreciates the love I send. I had to purchase 2 separate accounts for the 2 family members I have incarcerated. It would be nice if I could have one account that I could use for both inmates because I pay $19.99 per month per inmate. It could be slightly cheaper for those of us who have more then one incarcerated friend or family member.

Hello Klaara, thank you for giving us a shot. Yes, you actually can have both inmates in one account, however you still would have to pay for two memberships.
