This company needs a lot of work. Especially customer service and refund policy. They say the manufacturers are all vetted but that was not my experience. It took a lot of jumping through hoops just to get my money back. They eventually did the right thing. I fixed my original post but I cannot in good conscience tell anyone that this is a great or good company for getting your clothes manufactured. They do have a good AI generator though. I could’ve been a one stop shop if they vetted better.

Hi Jaren, Thank you for this feedback and your review. This is absolutely not the experience you should expect from Pietra, and it is disappointing to see your review only updated from one to two stars. We do not believe this review is an accurate account of the events that unfolded, but we do appreciate your feedback. Our manufacturers are absolutely vetted and trained before they are able to onboard to our platform. We have a multi-national team in place to ensure the highest quality suppliers join and remain in our network. We are sorry it didn't work out this time, and absolutely welcome you as a Pietra Creator at any time!

We've been working with Pietra over the past 6 months on sourcing and fulfillment and have had a fantastic experience so far. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive. As new founders, having Pietra experts in our corner has been very helpful and they're always just one email away.

It's a great platform, features rich. The good thing is that we can connect it to our actual Shopify store and use Pietra with it. I'm hoping they will add more suppliers soon. Not just from China. If they add API/webhook then it would be a beast :)

Hi David, Thanks so much for the great feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the platform and Shopify integration—it’s great to see you making the most of it. Just to clarify: more than half of our suppliers are based outside of China, including the U.S., Europe, India, and Latin America. We’ve also recently added a suite of AI-powered tools to help streamline product development, sourcing, and marketing even further. Appreciate your suggestion on API/webhooks—that’s a great idea and on our radar! — The Pietra Team

This is probably the worst order fulfillment platform I have ever used! Terrible customer service from both their supervisor and customer support team. The supplier that we dealt with on the platform delivered subpar and defective products and Pietra does not want to provide a full refund back to the original payment method. Instead, they want to force me to accept a credit for the Pietra platform for the cost of my order. This is absurd and completely unacceptable! Reporting them as fraud to my credit card provider. Stay away from Pietra at all cost!

Hi George, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience—especially the frustration around product quality and the resolution process. That’s never what we want for our customers. We do offer sourcing credits as a standard remediation when an order doesn’t meet expectations, but we understand this may not be the right solution for everyone. Our supplier management team is actively reviewing your case and we’re reaching out to see if there’s a better resolution that works for you. We’re committed to ensuring every brand has a great experience on the platform. If you haven’t already, please reply to the email from [email protected] so we can get this resolved. — The Pietra Team
