Fradulent. Scam.
I would not recommend Pietra based on my billing experience. I emailed to cancel my services and request refunds after being billed after a free trial. On May 26, 2026, Pietra confirmed in writing that my subscription had been successfully canceled and the prior charge refunded. Despite that confirmation, Pietra charged me $185.82 on May 28, $45.34 on June 5, and $80 on July 20—a total of $311.16 after cancellation. Pietra now claims these charges were caused by AI-token usage, but I did not use or authorize the alleged services. They have not provided reliable, itemized evidence showing what activity generated each charge or why billing remained active after cancellation. Even more concerning, my Pietra account currently says “Reactivate your membership,” confirming the membership is inactive, while its usage page claims I used AI tokens and an image-remixing tool today. I did not perform that activity. It also shows unexplained daily usage on my canceled account. I have requested a full refund, proof supporting the alleged usage, and confirmation that all billing is permanently disabled. The issue remains unresolved.
