Hi HAUS OF SMELL, Thank you for sending your contact information — we were able to locate your account and confirm that you began a 7-day free trial, which automatically converted to a paid plan after the trial period ended. We’ve issued a full refund to resolve the matter, and your membership has been canceled to prevent any future charges. Additionally, we reviewed the screenshot you provided, and it clearly shows the “Cancel” button in the lower-left corner of the dashboard — it is and always has been available to all users. For future readers: Pietra plans can always be canceled, paused, or updated from within your account. If you ever need help, our support team is available at [email protected] and happy to assist. While we strive to help every customer, we’re only able to continue conversations that remain respectful to our team. We regret that this experience didn’t meet expectations and wish you all the best moving forward. — The Pietra Team
