PICKUP Same Day/Scheduled DeliveryReviews of pickupnow.com

Josh Alford and Andy Vorbroker were awesome!! They took our super heavy new couch all the way to our loft which is in what used to be the attic. They were awesome and super kind !!! I even told them they didn't have to take it up for us, and they offered anyway!

Very nice and friendly guys! Very helpful! We had Josh Alford and Andy

The guys we're great, they we're fast, very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!! Thank you guys soo much for ALL your help, Josh Alford and Andy 😊

Ordered something from BigLots. Very informative of how the process was going, Item ready, Item picked up, driver on the way to your house. Items delivered. Only issue is the items were not delivered at all, two pots, the driver just drove by the house and never delivered them. This information was confirmed by doordash (who was hired to complete this delivery) on 5/8. Today, 6/4, almost a month later, I still don’t have my pots nor the money I paid for them. I have requested multiple callbacks, no one has called back, all I hear is that the claims are backed up. Not my problem, once again, you knew on day 1 that the items were not delivered, yet almost a month later I am out of the pots (no longer in stock at BigLots) and the money. Please don’t do business with this company, they do not stand behind their service

Ordered washer and dryer from Buckley Exchange 1 week ago for delivery today 06/03. Noone reached to me regarding any delivery. Talked to chat service which I talked to Eric, absolutely no acknowledgement of customer service and no apologizes on lack of communication. Went to Buckley exchange and talked to the service person who got hold of Rachel at chat line, they had no clue whats going on. No I have wasted my whole day waiting for item to be delivered. I was told by store service person, this is not the first time this has happened with this company. Their lack of communication and customer service is appalling. I hope DOD and exchange gets in touch with leadership and take care of veterans and active members who depend on time and punctuality along with communication. Happy to talk to any leadership if needed on both sides. Chandan Singh Day 2 Still have not received delivery, timeframe was 12-2. Reached out again via chat, was told dispatcher will call and inform. Nothing yet, on chat again and queue 1 and still no response. What a terrible company you are running disregard of your customer time. Really 2 days in a row any you cannot deliver on time DAY 3 Was rescheduled for today 06/05 from 10-12 after having multiple discussion with exchange. Guess what Surprise- NO DELIVERY TODAY TOO. None of the reps has reached to me from pickup regarding anything. Has been a hassle and I do not recommend anyone from this company. PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST.

Josh Alford and his partner delivered our couch and love seat set today and despite the rain and their long travels they was still happy and nice. He was very friendly. I would highly recommend him.

The delivery people were very courteous, fast and answered all my questions.

Placed an online order which PICKUP was supposed to deliver to me on 5/31. They didn't show up and called to say, sorry we can come on 6/2. Then, didn't show up AGAIN. I called and they said you're rescheduled, again. WHAT?? Had I not called, I wouldn't even have known they had no intention of fulfilling the delivery. HORRIBLE. Friendly phone reps but ZERO actual service. Avoid at all costs.
